Cancellation Policy

For all online courses, cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund; cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive 50% refund or full course credit (optional). For in-person courses and training, all cancellations must be made 7 days or more in advance of the event date to receive 100% refund.
